We do not store your data on our system. When you place an order, the payment details are take by STRIPE. You can view the STRIPE processing information by clicking on this link (STRIPE).

Cookies: We use some cookies to to enhance the experience of this website where required. These do not track anything outside of this website.

Mailing lists: Currently there is an extremely sporadic email newsletter sent by Simon. For this, we use Mailchimp, and follow their system and guidance. Te Mailchimp system uses your email address, and name where given to allow use to communicate with you.

At any time you can unsubscribe from the Mailchimp system, and not receive any further communication from us.
